The material is thick canvas, it is very durable. They are rich in texture.

Every backdrops is uniquely customized. It is used to shoot elegant photos.

How to clean:

A simple cloth with mild soap will suffice, remember not to use solvents or chemicals, just use the classic laundry soap and you will easily remove the stain.

If the backdrop becomes wrinkled during storage, place it on a flat floor, you can evenly spray it with water from the sprayer and let it dry.

Portability:

Easy, you just need to roll it up and load it into the car.

Our turnaround time for backdrop production usually takes about 20 days. If you have urgent backdrop requests, please contact us.

02. Size and price
We can do any size, but when the width and height are all more than 8 ft, we can't roll shipping. We accept customization.

Because it is purely hand painted, we cannot guarantee that it is exactly the same as the photos, please understand.

All product returns are subject to our approval.

We don't accept any return if our items have not damaged when you get it.Because of the special nature of background products, we cannot make a second sale. Every order is unique. Thanks for your understand.

How to get a replacement or return the item?

Please contact our customer service (clotstudio@yahoo.com)in time and upload the detailed photo. We will not bear the cost of your return shipping fee.

We can not return or replace your orders because you ordered a wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong backdrop, or not our mistake) by yourself.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
