Material

The material is thick canvas, it is very durable. They are rich in texture.

Every backdrops is uniquely customized. It is used to shoot elegant photos.

How to clean:

A simple cloth with mild soap will suffice, remember not to use solvents or chemicals, just use the classic laundry soap and you will easily remove the stain.

If the backdrop becomes wrinkled during storage, place it on a flat floor, you can evenly spray it with water from the sprayer and let it dry.

Portability:

Easy, you just need to roll it up and load it into the car.

We can do any size, but when the width and height are all more than 8 ft, we can't roll shipping. We accept customization.

We don't accept any return if our items have not damaged when you get it.Because of the special nature of background products, we cannot make a second sale. Every order is unique. Thanks for your understand.

How to get a replacement or return the item?

Please contact our customer service (clotstudio@yahoo.com)in time and upload the detailed photo. We will not bear the cost of your return shipping fee.

We can not return or replace your orders because you ordered a wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong backdrop, or not our mistake) by yourself.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

I am so in love with this backdrop! The quality is amazing! The grey is just beautiful and makes all my portraits pop! I have it in the 7'X12' and it really makes a difference in the appearance of my photos. It actually makes my studio look bigger than, as well!

I love my backdrop, but communication for ETA was not good. My expectation of 2 to 3 weeks went beyond 5 weeks, so I cancelled my first order. I ordered again and decided to wait as long as I had to. The backdrop came in 5 weeks. I would have rated this transaction as 5 stars if they would change their promise on delivery from 2-3 weeks to 4-6 weeks. If it comes on time or earlier, fantastic. As for the backdrop itself, I am very happy. Appears to be of very good quality.
